The cleanliness and organization were excellent.

Breakfast was good and varied, and the staff were polite, but the room was located behind the kitchen/café area, the window had broken glass, and it was 14°C outside in São Paulo; the wind blew in, and if not for the blankets I would have gotten sick. The window faced the garage entrance, and the noise of cars coming and going was absurdly loud.
