The location is great and the staff are also very good, the rooms are decent. The fish restaurant is not at all good and not worthy of a 5‑star hotel… and the meat restaurant is not at all good, the food is bad, expensive, and not worthy of a 5‑star hotel; the only good thing about the meat restaurant is that it’s on the roof top and has a nice view. Breakfast is decent but not wow, and I’m very disappointed with all the meals I had at the hotel.

The hotel is close to the Sultan’s Pool (the fountain show) and the Western Wall, the room was clean, and breakfast was dreamy, though the lighting was a bit weak.

We really liked your breakfast; it’s one of the reasons I choose this hotel, and the room service is very good. Parking is free for hotel guests. It’s a bummer that there’s no lounge, and the spa doesn’t offer a variety of treatments.
