The lodge feels very pleasant, sits in a great spot, and boasts a beautifully maintained garden. The breakfast is excellent, and the linens and towels are high quality. The mattress and shower are superb, and the room is spacious, cozy, and spotless.

The hotel’s hospitality was very good; the room was comfortable and had a fireplace, making it a great choice for couples visiting Monte Verde. The facilities fit the cozy lodge vibe for a winter season, but I would have liked more local breakfast options—some Minas sweets were missing, though that’s a minor detail. Overall, it’s a solid pick for a trip to Monte Verde.

From the welcome to the amenities, cleaning, breakfast, and location, everything was perfect. Nothing to complain about!

The staff are extremely attentive, but you have to brave the rain to get coffee; a covered path would have helped.
