The location is excellent, just a short walk from Hakata station and the usual paid‑tour meeting point is five minutes away. The bed felt too firm, and the amenities are very basic—no gym, no pool. The staff were very nice and tried their best to help, but there’s no formal concierge to answer specific travel questions.
