“Noisy !!!”

I was initially drawn to this hotel due to its proximity to the event we were attending, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The noise level was overwhelming, and the hotel's location seemed to amplify it from every direction. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and our room wasn't ready for check-in at 4 pm, forcing us to attend a formal dinner in our travel attire. Needless to say, we won't be returning to this hotel anytime soon.

“Awful”

While our stay at this hotel had some redeeming qualities, such as a decent breakfast and friendly staff, it was ultimately marred by a series of unfortunate events. The front desk clerk was rude and unhelpful, and our room wasn't ready until 5:30 pm, forcing us to attend a dinner reservation in our travel clothes. It's clear that this staff member is not suited for a role in hospitality, and we would advise the hotel to reevaluate their hiring practices.

Our stay at this hotel was a lovely surprise, thanks to its excellent location and staff. The hotel went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, with a thoughtful gesture that left a lasting impression. However, the high price point and lack of complimentary amenities were a bit of a letdown, making it feel more like a luxury hotel than a truly special experience. Still, it's a great choice for a special occasion.

“Nice but overpriced”

This hotel's great location and decent restaurants were overshadowed by its overpriced rooms and poor customer service. While the staff was kind, they struggled to accommodate our change requests, both online and in person. The noise level was also a concern, with the hotel providing "complimentary" earplugs as a solution. For the price, we would have preferred to stay at a different hotel in the area.

“Comfortable and luxe”

The hotel's interior design was truly beautiful, and the 4th floor amenities, restaurant, and pool were a nice touch. However, our stay was otherwise unremarkable, with no notable positives or negatives to report.
