“Great place, great food!”
Bassem and his family ran a fantastic homely BnB, offering home‑cooked meals and a friendly atmosphere. However, we found ourselves farther from the Jerash ruins than expected; we were at the north gate, which is closed, so we had to walk 1.2 km or take a short taxi.
“Jerash Visit”
Staying here was an absolute pleasure thanks to a lovely family who took care of us from start to finish. From a beautiful home‑cooked dinner and engaging conversation to a cozy room, a delicious breakfast, and a heartfelt farewell, we will definitely return!
“Vriendelijke en behulpzaam”
The host was incredibly personal and friendly, and I was even offered a nice drink upon arrival.
“Lovely Stay”
The hotel, just north of the ruins, was absolutely lovely. Our host was the nicest man, the shower was great, the beds comfy, and the Wi‑Fi fast. The room came with a fridge holding a few water bottles, plus tea and coffee. A quick walk got us shawarma for dinner. Even though the room faced the road, it stayed quiet, and parking was hassle‑free with a car park right outside.
The bedroom and living room shared a single air‑conditioner, which was only in the living room, so I ended up sleeping there.
