The ceiling mirror was a nice touch, but the fireplace wasn’t working.

It is nothing like the pictures. The bed was broken. The rooms are dirty. The jacuzzis are “functional” but either take 1hr to fill up with lukewarm water or the jets don’t work. So it’s a tub not a jacuzzi. If you misplace something look for it yourself because the staff won’t find it. There’s signs to refer to management due to policies, but management is never available

The room looked nice and I felt comfortable until I spotted a roach, which made me sad and put me on high alert afterward 😳. The walls are thin, and people in the parking lot pull in their cars, which is annoying.

I appreciated having a fridge, microwave, and the ability to control the temperature. The pillows were a bit flat, the walls are quite thin, and there is no water dispenser to refill bottles.
