Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The location was good, but overall the hotel was quite mediocre, and none of the friends staying in the annex had hot water over the weekend.

The place was very good and well situated.

We were familiar with the property and liked it for its simple style and especially its exceptional location, but several inconveniences disappointed us: no front‑desk staff on site, no breakfast the first two days, a very basic breakfast thereafter, and a hot‑water outage the last two days. We complained, the hotel acknowledged the faults but refused a discount because we booked via Booking, offering only a 10 % reduction on a future stay. Not sure we’ll try it again.

No phone contact, only a voicemail. I hate that. I paid 60 € through Booking and the hotel La Voile asks for 90 €. Why? My bank rejected the 60 € payment because of a card‑information error on my part, yet I see my account was still debited.

The hotel’s location, comfortable bedding, and coffee/tea were positives, but there was no staff at all, checking in was very complicated with a key‑box system, the phone numbers given were unreachable, there was a water leak in the shower, the floor wasn’t clean, cigarette smell in the room, the building was old, breakfast was insufficient with very few options, and a 90 € deposit was required.
