The hotel staff were well trained, professional, and full of kindness and smiles, and there was nothing negative to mention.

Everything was exceptional, matching a 5‑star hotel, though the pool water was cold.

It’s beautiful and the views are out of this world, staff is friendly and excellent I would like to specially mention Kadnan, Mustafa and the lady at the client service desk forgot to get her name. She was friendly and helpful. They offer same menu for dinner so if you stay long days you end up not having choices and on the forth day the food quality was bad so we ended up eating outside on the fifth day
