There’s nothing good to say about this place; it’s literally the worst spot to spend a holiday in Goa. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. The property is under renovation, the area is dusty and smells bad, the rooms are in terrible condition, and the location isn’t great either. Thankfully I didn’t stay; we left after seeing the place. Don’t book here or ruin your Goa holiday.

The location was convenient and the stay was decent, but they don’t have a lift and the reception is on the 2nd floor. They refused to help move my heavy luggage up there, so I had to haul it myself, which I didn’t like.
