The breakfast was great and the location is superb, but the spa only opens for a very limited time, which was inconvenient for us.

The weather was extremely hot and the air‑conditioning didn’t work; after 4 hours it dropped to 22°C, then in the morning it rose again to 26°C.

The reception staff were fantastic, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the restaurant and breakfast were good, and the location was great, but the parking lot is small.

The hotel’s location was excellent and the room had all the necessary amenities for a short stay, which was not the case.

The breakfast and especially the check‑out experience were positive, but I arrived after midnight and the hotel—one of the most expensive in town—was not full. They gave me room 523, which has a long wall of windows that are not sound‑proof and face the main road. Result: I couldn’t sleep. I almost went downstairs to ask for a change because the noise was unbearable, but it was late at night. When I complained at check‑out, the attendant, very courteous, admitted that complaints about the terrible road noise are very common. No compensation was offered for an extra night (just one euro discount!), so I switched hotels. I would have accepted a room not facing the street at half the price. If they were serious, being a pricey four‑star hotel, they would install double or triple glazing, but they do nothing. So, recommendation: always demand a room that doesn’t face the street. If you’re completely deaf, those facing the road are fine, but if you can avoid it, do. In Targu Mures there are cheaper, much better hotels.
