The breakfast was hot and the indoor pool was great.

The breakfast looked and tasted like a real chef’s creation, and the variety of items was pleasing to the eye; the cook was busy keeping up with the dining and food areas. I didn’t like the pool area—it felt more like a sauna than a pool, the hot tub wasn’t working, and customers were still sitting in it, causing stagnant water to overflow into the pool, so we couldn’t enjoy the pool.

The location was very good for the events I needed to attend, and Ari was amazing and responded very professionally. My door wouldn’t lock from the outside, so I had to leave it unlocked when I left; the problem couldn’t be fixed, and by the time it was sorted we had already stayed that night. We were offered another room that night, but we checked out in the morning.
