This is truly a great hotel in an exceptional location, with top‑class facilities, services and staff, and I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The facilities were fantastic; the gym and pool are excellent. All staff were great, and the reception staff were super helpful. I’d suggest it to anyone with the budget. It was my first time in Caracas and I was pleasantly surprised. Extra points for stocking Auqa De Palma as the toiletries. The food was also superb.
