I loved the location, close to everything, and the view of Plaza Central was fantastic.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, with friendly staff, great facilities, and a fantastic location. Everything about my stay was top-notch, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I loved the comfort of my room, but there was one thing that was missing - a soap dish in the shower. It was a small oversight, but it would have made a big difference. Overall, though, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning.

Breakfast was tasty and filling, the shower and bed were good, and the room was spacious with plenty of furniture. The owner arranged a last‑minute trip to Cotopaxi for me and stored my bags after checkout. Nearby, a club plays loud music from 6 am, so earplugs are advisable. A taxi from the bus station to the hotel costs $2.

I'm still trying to figure out why this hotel has such a high rating. My experience was a letdown from the start - the initial room they gave me was dark and the pillows had hair on them, so I had to switch rooms. Even in my new room, I was greeted with a shocking sight in the shower: used shampoo packets and a used condom. It was a total disappointment.
