We were given a room with a pillar in the middle and two single beds, even though we had requested a double bed.
The location, bedding, and breakfast (except for the coffee) were good. The shower products were malfunctioning, the equipment was not top‑class: there were no night lights for the bed, no shower door, and it doesn’t qualify as a 4‑star property.
The hotel’s location is great, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is good, and the room is clean. The cleaning crew from the 7th floor were very kind and helpful, even though they didn’t speak English. The hammam and spa are pretty decent. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; you can hear all the neighbors, but it’s not a major issue.

The hotel is located in the city center. However, there is a very dangerous ladder leading to the room that the hotel management and booking platform should warn travelers about.
Breakfast included was very good variety and was good. Location of hotel was also good. What I didn't like started from checking in when instead of just checking/scanning our passports to varify our identities, staff just took photos of our passports on her mobile phone! The hotel room we stayed in was marketed as 2-bedroom apartment but turned out to be 1-bedroom. The door to the balcony could not be locked and despite reporting this to reception was not fixed till we checked out. The apartment the hotel assigned to us was outside the main hotel where we had to come down flight of stairs on the street to enter reception area each time we needed to get to reception or go for breakfast adjacent to reception. There was no intercom to call reception either. Internet speed of the hotel WiFi was awful and very bad. There was electric cable wires in full display
