A complimentary shuttle service is available. The hotel provides access to 'Astroea Beach', a private beachfront getaway with sun lounges and dining tables overlooking the emerald lagoon, and is 10 minutes from Bo'Valon Mall.

The welcome was not good. We received an email saying check‑in/out is 15:00/11:00, we notified that we’d arrive around 17:30, and then we waited 45 minutes for our room. At the hotel arrival by taxi, no one came to pick up our luggage. The meal was a buffet that wasn’t very rich, but the cakes were good; the airport shuttle to the hotel was the best part. We found it convenient because we had to be at the airport the next morning at 6 am. The service was good, the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel sits right next to the airport. The room was dirty, the towels were worn, there was a shortage of water in the room, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom.

We arrived very early and the staff welcomed us warmly, arranging early check‑in and offering a welcome juice; they mentioned the beach club shuttle would depart at 09:00. We took the shuttle and were amazed by the private beach club’s excellent food and drinks. After a full day of relaxation, we returned to the hotel for a great‑value buffet dinner and slept like babies. Nothing to complain about; the experience far surpassed our expectations for an airport hotel, only 3 min from the airport and 20 min from the beach, with free shuttles to both.
