The spot was perfect, and the host had everything covered, so I liked everything.

The place was in a good spot for our needs and stayed clean and tidy, but the unit felt a bit tired and outdated; the lounge/kitchen area was a decent size, yet the bedroom and bathroom were a little cramped, and the bathroom door didn’t shut properly.

“Clean, comfortable and very welcoming”

Convenient location and the staff were very friendly, but Netflix signed out on the 3rd and we couldn’t log back in, and the neighbors in the adjacent room kept banging, so my kids couldn’t sleep.

The area around Invercargill was quiet and the staff set the heating to a just‑right temperature, though the unit is a bit dated, it was very clean and warm.

“Spacious and comfortable accommodation”

The place was very comfortable and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the kitchen was well equipped, but a little extra maintenance outside, like painting the wooden trim, would be nice.
