The room was big and the price was great, but the hot water never really came on properly.

Everything was spotless, the bed was comfy, and the overall value was unbeatable.

I liked the huge fridge and would have appreciated a microwave; the rate is 600 baht a day, which could be worth it if you buy your own groceries, and a monthly lease would be even better—maybe a three‑week or one‑month stay with only two days of cleaning, the rest DIY, plus two bottles of water each day; 350–400 baht would be fine, and a microwave would be handy for a long lease. The water pressure was weak, though.

The place was roomy, the staff were friendly and always smiling, and parking was convenient. The bathroom had a pipe smell, and the parking lot had a lot of bird droppings (the hotel offers a cover but it wasn’t enough). The bed made a loud noise, which worried me because the room next to ours was still awake late at night.
