Nothing to praise except the male front‑desk staff who was kind and helpful. I felt unsafe, the ice machine was broken, the room was filthy with broken furniture and cheap linens.

The neighborhood was pleasant, but the room was dirty and noisy at night.

is the problem. I reserved and rented this room for my niece. I gave her all pertinent information. But the hotel would let her have it. They said they would only let me have the room. So that she would have a place to sleep that night I had to drive 1hr round trip to said hotel to let my niece in. If I remember correctly on your questionnaire to get room one of the questions is am I renting for myself or someone else. I selected someone else. When I asked the hotel manager, they didn't know anything about that is between me and not them. So to add insult to injury they charged me a cash only $50.00 deposit for a key card , that I have to make another 1hr round trip to collect. So this whole transaction was very upsetting. I seriously doubt I'll be using your services in the future. S D Kell
