Quiet, clean, tidy, friendly residents. Couldn’t connect the TV to the broadband, which was a bit frustrating. It had a funny smell that wasn’t pleasant.

This room is a hazard. There is a step once you have entered the room and the light switch is on the wall opposite so not reachable from the door, and the step is not visible in the dark. There is also another step in the room. The shower settings do not work so the water is scalding hot. There is no heating in the bathroom as the radiator does not work. How this room got into and got so many reviews makes me wonder how credible this site is anymore!

I picked that room because it was close to where I needed to be, and the room itself was fine, yet there was no chair at the table, no bedside lamp, no tea towels or oven mitts for cooking, and the TV remote lacked a battery, rendering the TV useless—those shortcomings explain my score.

The apartment was very quiet, comfortable, and beautiful, but one of the beds felt too bouncy and soft.

The only thing I liked was the location. Oh my goodness, where do I start: a ridiculous, unnecessary detour to another dingy hotel to pick up security codes, plus a laughable cleaning fee—definitely not a good start. Then the property had a tricky code lock; fortunately another guest helped us in, but the place was awful. Fire door handles were falling off, rugs made us trip, no mattress protectors on the beds (very uncomfortable), a dirty kitchen surface, a leaking bathroom ceiling dripping on our heads, a bathroom door scraping the floor, itchy bedding, and mice above our heads. We got up and left; it was awful! This place needs serious work to be habitable. Definitely not recommended.
