The hostess was lovely, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the pool offered an ocean view; the location was great overall. The only downside was the many steps uphill to the B&B, but the view and facilities made it worthwhile.

A charming little B&B with only two rooms, perched on a height overlooking a small pool and the Mediterranean. It’s quiet and relaxing, truly a soothing environment, run by fantastic Franceska and her equally fantastic mother. The only issue is that you reach the house only via a long staircase, which makes hauling luggage heavy.

Excellent experience. Francesca is very attentive to requests and tries to meet them so the guest feels at their best. She is very kind. The place is very pretty and well maintained. I gave this score for the quality/price ratio, not because there is no quality but because of the price itself… 160 euros/night, even though I am aware of market prices. Thank you Francesca.

Exceptional location, with a wonderful view of Arenzano from the pool. Francesca (and the mother) are two great hosts, and everything (room, bathroom, breakfast) is cared for in every small detail. Private parking is available at an acceptable cost, with the possibility (if available) to park in free parking along the seafront. It’s true that there are 70 steps to reach the B&B, but that’s the minimum price to pay for a stay worth returning to.
