“А так все было прекрасно”
The balcony and lounge area were great, yet before we checked in the balcony was dusty and there were no disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste available.

The Tbilisi Marriott Hotel is a century-old architectural landmark with a unique, circular design. Its restored Great Room features a 1915 ceiling, while marble floors lead to the Parnas Cafe with outdoor seating on Rustaveli Avenue. The hotel offers 127 rooms and suites blending modernity with Georgian style, a fitness centre, Executive Lounge, Ballroom, and tranquil patio.

The centre is clean, orderly, and the staff are polite.

The interior cleanliness was good and the room was great. Construction around the hotel made it hard to walk around and find places, and the staff were not very helpful in explaining how to navigate that. There was no health club, nor did the staff provide a shuttle to a health club at another Marriott property. We weren’t told beforehand that the hotel was not fully functional, and no effort was made to compensate for the inconvenience.

The location is excellent, but some facilities feel a bit old.

The rooms and common areas are clean, but the corridors and rooms feel a bit old and dated. The breakfast falls far below what a five‑star hotel should offer. On the bright side, the hotel exudes a calm and peaceful vibe. The reception team is friendly, attentive, and responsive, and their service surpassed what I got at the Sheraton Batumi. The location is excellent, yet the lack of a swimming pool is a drawback for a five‑star property. All in all, the hotel is clean and tranquil, and the staff deliver good service, but the outdated facilities and subpar breakfast keep it from fully living up to five‑star standards.
