Check‑in at the reception went very smoothly. The wellness area is clean. The bar was open in the evenings and had good service. The breakfast buffet was always restocked. The pool water is too cold; the temperature display of 27.2 °C never matches reality. The breakfast service is very poor; the waiters need training. Dinner is good but the portions are too small.

Everything was gorgeous: the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the location was great, our room was perfect, the breakfast had a wide variety, the pool was lovely, and the underground parking was very convenient.

The room was clean and fine; we were granted a room on the top floor at the end of the corridor as requested. Dinner à la carte was tasty, the wellness area was tidy, the reception was pleasant, and the bar looked nice with good service. However, it should be mentioned at check‑in that a separate card is required for the sauna and payment is needed; otherwise you have to bring a bathrobe to the reception and resolve it (in a bathing suit it’s not very nice). The breakfast service needs improvement, and the staff are inexperienced and slow.

The location is good and the place is clean. The breakfast room was very crowded and cramped, and the parking garage had narrow spaces.
