We had another excellent stay! This was our second time at the hotel and, again, we have nothing to complain about. The entire team was very attentive, polite, and helpful. 😊 I especially want to highlight the morning receptionist, a super friendly and lovely girl (I don’t remember her name, lol), who served us with great kindness. It’s wonderful to return to a place and have such a positive experience again. We definitely recommend it and will come back many times! ❤️ Nothing to complain about.

The service was flawless, staff were very polite and attentive, the beach chairs and tables were great, and the calm sea was perfect—we loved it. The pillows and bed were not very comfortable, so I couldn’t sleep well, and the breakfast could have included tapioca or something similar.

The hotel’s structure was outstanding, earning a perfect 10/10 for cleanliness and reception, which were very attentive; the kids loved the recreation area and the staff were fantastic. The only downside was the food, which I rated 8/10 because it could be better—especially the breakfast, where the pastries and cereals were disappointing despite the beautiful café area that has the potential to improve.
