The location was fine, and the Mexican guy at reception was friendly and gave useful tips on what to eat or see, plus you can store and carry an e‑bike. Overall the place needs a serious makeover: walls are scratched and dirty, doors are in bad shape, taps are broken, rooms lack soundproofing—noise from upstairs, neighbours, and downstairs is audible as if you’re inside them. The tiny shower leaks water and is barely usable. For now, I don’t recommend it, and breakfast is very limited in quality and variety.
