Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The staff here were super friendly and accommodating, which was a big plus. However, our room had a pretty strong smell, the bathrooms could have been cleaner, and the pool was a mess. To make matters worse, we found cockroaches in our room. It's a shame, because the staff were really nice.

We were really disappointed with our stay here. The pool was a major letdown – it was basically a green swamp. Our first room was a nightmare, with mold, ants, and a toilet that wouldn't flush. When we complained, we were moved to a different apartment, but that one was just as bad – it had way more mold, a non-working toilet, and a broken TV. To top it all off, the whole place was pretty dirty. And to think we paid 5600 Pesos for the privilege of sleeping on the floor.

We were happy with the location and the value for money – we even got to check in early, which was a bonus. However, the heater wasn't working, which made the water temperature a bit of a challenge. We didn't bother complaining, but it would have been nice to have a warm shower.
