“Big rooms but messed up staff and management”
Room size is really good. The staff is not responsive at all; everything requires constant reminders, including reception and the restaurant. They don’t seem to care about customers and don’t answer phone calls. I waited for food until 11:30 PM on one day after ordering at 9:30 PM, followed up twice, and then slept without food. The next day was the same; no one answered at the restaurant after three attempts, so I called reception, but there was no action. I went to the lobby to confirm whether they had a restaurant or if I should order from Swiggy. The AC was not functional for two days even after following up with reception. I was there for two weeks and, except for the room size, I didn’t like much else.
