“Very bad experience”
I had a terrible experience at this hotel, which I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The overall experience was extremely disappointing.
The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming, which made my stay more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was extremely poor. I was shocked by the state of the room and the bathroom, which was not very clean.
I was quite let down by my stay here. The room I was given was in a pretty rundown state, and to make matters worse, the toilet had really poor water pressure.
I recently stayed at a hotel that offered numerous amenities and a wide selection of shops nearby. However, I was disappointed with the service I received, particularly when I complained about the wrong room type. The receptionist seemed unprofessional, eating ice cream while attending to me, and didn't seem to know the answers to my questions. I also found it frustrating that the towels weren't replaced and the room was not cleaned properly.
My stay was good, but I don't have much else to say about it.
