The spot was convenient, right in Hakata, beside the river and about a 15‑minute walk to the station, with several temples close by. The apartment sat on the top floor of an elevator building, was roomy, comfy, and had everything we needed, including a washing machine. The balcony was awesome and became our launchpad for exploring Fukuoka, so we highly recommend it. The tablet‑based self check‑in/out at the entrance didn’t work smoothly; we had to reach out to support through the tablet, but the staff fixed it fast, so it’s just a minor area for improvement.

The facilities were solid. It’s a bit far from Hakata or Tenjin, though.

It was handy that Canal City Hakata and the stalls were nearby. Unlocking the first‑floor door was a hassle and quite frustrating.

The top‑floor location was great, but the entrance door wouldn’t open even after entering the code; the phone support could have been quicker.
