The facility was clean and the breakfast was great, but the staff were very rude when we asked for basic help, as if we were bothering them.
Staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites was wonderful. The front desk staff were amazing, kind, and very accommodating. When the AC in one of our rooms started leaking, they responded quickly and ensured we were taken care of. A special thank you to Mrs. Roslynn, who was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. We were there because my mom needed a liver transplant, and the kindness and support we received made an already stressful time a little easier. We’re truly grateful and would definitely stay again.

Breakfast and shower were fine, yet the room key failed several times, forcing us to go downstairs for a reset; they mentioned an upcoming remodel and key system change.
