“Hotel familiar con excelentes vistas al canal”
The pools, the atmosphere, the location, the cleanliness and the view were all great, but the natural water dispenser or water fountains weren’t working and the breakfasts lacked variety.
The location, facilities and food were all excellent.
I had a great stay, though some repairs were needed.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. I liked the snack bar at the entrance, very handy. Check‑in was quick, the staff were friendly and greeted us every time. The pool was very clean, with a view of the canal and a bar service available. It’s very close to the Amador Causeway by Uber; Uber is much better than a taxi—fixed price, credit card accepted, whereas taxis negotiate and require cash. It’s also just a few minutes from Casco Viejo, with a lot of walking on narrow streets but very pleasant. The breakfast buffet wasn’t included and was a bit pricey (16 $ US per person); it would be better to include it in the package.
“Safe and peaceful ambiance”
The Café and other meeting spots are great, and the view and boardwalk are wonderful, but the rooms in Tower 2 were not good. When I was there, the AC wasn’t working and the rooms felt old. I asked for a room change because the floor was wet and humidity had made the walls wet; housekeeping mopped and left, and the wetness returned within an hour, so I had to keep my shoes on all the time. They moved me to Tower 1, which was okay.
