Nothing positive. The service fell short, the staff’s attitude was unconvincing—they treated us as if we had to stay at Vikrant… only.

My stay was unfortunately marked by several issues, including a non-functional air conditioner, unhelpful staff, and a disturbing incident where someone tried to enter my room without knocking. These problems significantly impacted my experience.

I recently had a bit of a financial issue with my bill at this hotel. Although I was initially charged an extra Rs 2100 for the trip, it was listed as a positive balance in my bill, but unfortunately, it wasn't refunded to my payment source. This made things a bit confusing for me, but overall, I'm hoping they'll resolve the issue soon.
