The location is great, the place is spotlessly clean, the hosts are very communicative, the beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning and WiFi are good. All in all, an excellent experience.

We stayed with my sister and were really pleased with the accommodation. The room was spacious, spotless, had a wardrobe, a safe inside, and all kinds of toiletries down to cotton swabs and discs✨. The shared kitchen on the floor didn’t bother us at all. The location was ideal, only a 3‑minute walk from the Terminus station and a 20‑minute walk to the Colosseum. The street itself was quiet and clean, even with some graffiti. At night, a few odd characters wandered around, but that had nothing to do with the hotel itself. The host was very friendly, helped us out, explained everything, and sent detailed instructions before arrival. I definitely recommend it! The only downside was that the air‑conditioner only turned on 3‑5 minutes after the door and window were fully closed, so you have to sit in the heat for a bit.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was extremely convenient – the station was very close and all the main attractions were within walking distance. The room was very clean, beautiful, comfortable, and spacious enough for two people. Everything was well organized and thoughtfully arranged. The automatic entrance door that opens and closes by itself was also very convenient. The hosts, Damiano and Michele, were incredibly welcoming, kind, and friendly. They made us feel very comfortable and were always helpful. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality! We really enjoyed our three‑day stay and had a great experience. We would definitely be happy to come back again!
