The food, the pool area, and the staff’s welcome were all great. I would have liked more activities for kids; the room set aside for them and the outdoor play area were dirty and poorly maintained.

The many swimming pools and wellness facilities were great, but the mattress was completely sagging and there was no air conditioning.

The wellness center is a real plus, satisfying both kids and adults; plus the sauna's Aufguss was masterfully conducted by Ivo and Florian, two people who immediately put you at ease.

The building is well maintained, very well equipped and welcoming, with competent and friendly staff; the restaurant is five‑star quality. The pillow was a bit uncomfortable, but it was replaced right away.
