The spot is perfect for starting out in Bad Kleinkirchheim—just a stone’s throw from the S. Caterina spa and the beginning of the Wasserweg trail. It’s a great launchpad for hikes and other activities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment had everything you’d need for a comfy stay. The only downside is that the nearby road gets a bit busy during the day, so you can hear some traffic noise at times.

Erika, the owner, is super kind and always ready to help. The place itself is clean and welcoming. The only hiccup was that the room didn’t have blackout curtains—what’s left were very light blinds, so it was hard to shut out the light.
