The TV had Netflix, but first they gave us the wrong room in terrible condition, full of holes and dirty. Later, in the correct room, the corridor smelled bad, was in poor shape with raised boards and doors and windows covered in tape. The room itself was mediocre, with a filthy fridge, one of two towels stained, and a wardrobe that seemed about to collapse when opened. Additionally, we were knocked on the door at night by unknown people—owners or other guests—causing fear. Even though the price was barely affordable, the basic conditions are unacceptable.
