Location was great, Staff was very helpful, Comfortable bed and large space, but it was not perfectly clean, dust on lights, clock etc.

Location was fantastic, close to theatres, restaurants, cafes, shopping area, etc., close to public transport with a bus stop nearby, room clean and comfortable, bathroom on a small side but it has to be appreciated this is a historic building, Tea and coffee available in the lobby area with a selected window up until 10 am, cold refreshment and cookies from 4 pm also in the lobby area which is a really nice touch and a great space to sit in and relax; no tea making facilities provided and we couldn't have a kettle in our room.

The place was stunning, and the staff were fantastic. The location was spot on, and everything was just perfect—no complaints at all.

The staff were exceptional and the rooms were super comfy. The on‑site restaurant was great, and Sylvie made the dining experience shine.
