The motel’s old‑school vibe reminded me of seaside motels, the sound of the waterfall and the sea were soothing, and we could see both the river and the stream at once; the Captain’s “casse criute” meal was truly excellent and service was impeccable, we loved our stay, though a small chair was missing in the room and it was cold outside so we had to sit on the bed.
