The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the location was great, and the breakfast was good. I would have liked chairs in the room instead of just the uncomfortable ones on the patio. The bathroom sink was hard to use; the tap was too low and it didn’t drain well.

Our room was super bright, spotless, and cozy; the location was ideal for strolling or biking around St. Michael’s, and the staff were always cheerful and very helpful, so we had a fantastic time.

Breakfast was tasty, the room temperature stayed comfortable even though it was hot outside, and I liked the decor; we had an excellent dinner at the in‑house restaurant “Ruse,” and after booking a month ahead, an email from staff advised us to reserve a week or two in advance because demand was usually high, which I appreciated; when I sent a few follow‑up emails I got prompt replies. Parking was tight when we got there on Saturday, but we managed; the left side of the bed in room 403 was not firm and I could almost fall off; the bathroom was cramped but the shower worked well; the lady at the desk spoke very quickly and without a smile, so I didn’t feel warmly welcomed, though later interactions with other staff improved; at breakfast the attendant brought salt and pepper when my wife requested them, but she said people normally don’t ask for them, which I found unhelpful.

The location is solid, the modern aesthetic design is appreciated, I liked the daily text asking if I wanted room cleaning, and the mobile checkout was convenient; parking is limited, an extra chair or couch would help, shower handles are missing, more usable amenities are needed to justify the resort fee, better directions and labeling are required to find the building and room, and the continental breakfast was underwhelming.
