They are cheaters and do not respect customers; their rates are fake on the site. In fact, they did not give the room at the announced price, and there was no AC facility shown in the ad—so pathetic.

There was no AC included in the package of twin bed, even though there was no mention of there being extra price of AC and claimed price was incorrect. Cleanliness, and th3 fact i had to pay extra for AC

The staff were unprofessional, the rooms were dirty, and the only furnishings were the roof walls and a fan.
