Whenever we had an issue, the staff never hesitated to help us out. The only hiccup was the staircase – I wasn’t watching my luggage and bumped my head.

The pictures online are completely misleading; the bathroom lacks a TV, has a tiny tub like a regular home, no wet‑dry separation, and the massage motor is weak and partly broken. After checking in, I saw the room didn’t match the photos and asked the front desk if I could switch hotels or get another room, but they said no. If you want a small tub, just stay at a regular hotel – why bother with a motor inn? None of the room’s amenities work, and refunds aren’t offered. I’ve heard motor inns usually have poor front‑desk service, but this place was unbelievably bad; both male and female staff were unprofessional, which shocked me as a former hotel receptionist. They seemed to have had no training at all and replied that if you didn’t specify special equipment in the notes, you’d get a standard room. The price is the same as other motor inns, yet the facilities are terrible, so there’s no reason to stay here.

The room was fairly quiet and cheap, the breakfast included McDonald’s and a small breakfast shop, and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable; the space was generous, there was Netflix and a large TV with decent picture quality. The only downside was the weak water pressure for the toilet, shower and sink, and I wish the room had a room‑temperature water dispenser instead of just cold mineral water and boiled hot water.

Both the kids and the adults had a great time.

The staff were very polite at check‑in, and breakfast offered a choice between McDonald’s and a typical local breakfast shop. Although there are electric mosquito repellents, guests have to turn them on themselves; there were a few mosquitoes but not many, and the toilet’s water pressure was a bit weak.
