“Agréable”
Everything was perfect, except that there was no dining service on Sundays.

Le petit déjeuner était correct. La possibilité de garer notre véhicule dans un parking était appréciable. Durant la période de forte chaleur nous nous sommes aperçus en arrivant que le mini bar ne fonctionnait pas et que les 2 petites bouteilles d"eau était tièdes. Donc nous n'avons même pas pu mettre aucune boisson au frais. Nous l'avons mentionné à une personne de 'l'accueil qui a noté le problème. Le soir le problème n'était pas réglé. Les personnes de l'accueil nous ont même dit que c'était un mini bar et non un frigidaire lorsque nous avons dit que nous avions des médicaments à conserver au frais! Personnel de l'accueil non agréable nous n'avons pas eu une seule excuse. Une seule personne agréable: le serveur du petit déjeuner. Aucun plan de Nice à disposition, voire aucune information touristique. La salle de bain mérite d'être relookée, de même pour la moquette. Cet établissement ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. Depuis, nous avons séjourné dans un vrai 4 étoiles à St Raphael d'un niveau au top et respectant les clients
We had a very pleasant stay with great staff, comfortable rooms, and an attractive setting; dinner was very acceptable. The breakfast buffet was a little underwhelming at €25 per person.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel was quiet, the parking was available, and it was easy to get around. The room was small, the bathroom really did not live up to the price, and the view from the cement terrace was disappointing.

The rooms were quiet, the size was reasonable, and getting to Terminal 5 was incredibly easy; breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. Dinner was quite pricey, so we chose to eat elsewhere.
