The place was beautiful and the location was great, but there was no on‑site staff, only phone support.

The spot was fantastic, right in the middle of town next to a parking lot, yet there were no trash cans; if you had something to throw away you had to go to the kitchen for the recycling bin.
The location was very good, the place was tidy and quiet, and there were activities for the kids; we ordered sheets and they were ready when we arrived. Communication with the owners was easy and check‑in was simple. It’s a basic setup, as it’s a hostel, not a hotel, and the beds are firm but work for one or two nights.

The accommodation was pleasant in a very old building, located right in the heart of Arboga, and the courtyard had comfy furniture for relaxing.
