Everything was fine! We booked a room with a bathtub, but they told us it was pricier and that all rooms were occupied, even though the photo showed a room with a bathtub in the bed.

Breakfast was good, but I had to pay for it; the service didn’t include breakfast. The spot was perfect—near the train station and close to bars and restaurants, making it very convenient to get around. I found the area very safe and would recommend it.

That sounds like an incredibly frustrating experience, especially when an "upgrade" turns into a major inconvenience and a stressful rush to catch your transit. The Room was okay but the services are not worth upgrading !. We booked an Executive Room, but upon arrival, the staff insisted on "upgrading" us to a room in their secondary building, assuring us of better spaces and services. This turned out to be a complete trap. While the room itself was okay, the services were nonexistent between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. When we needed to check out early in the morning, the front desk flatly refused to provide a bellboy or any assistance with our bags or booking a taxi. Their excuse was that staff are only available after 9:00 AM. We were essentially told to either wait and risk missing our train/flight, or figure it out ourselves. When we naturally questioned why they would upgrade us to a disconnected building if basic services aren't available there, the front desk agent was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Their straight answer was, "Talk to , not us!" They are absolutely not people of their word. Do not let them talk you into an "upgrade" to their secondary building—it is entirely fake, unworthy, and leaves you completely stranded. We will never stay here again and highly recommend avoiding this property

For some reason there were a lot of mosquitoes that bit us at night. The hotel supplied a mosquito‑repellent device in the room, but we still got bitten a lot.

The staff’s empathy, kindness, and efficiency were impressive.
