This was my second stay, and I’ll definitely keep choosing this hotel. It’s clean, convenient, and welcoming, with wonderful staff and a great location near Bumrungrad Hospital.

Cleanliness and reception staff were good. There was no halal food in the hotel despite many Arab and Muslim guests, the lighting in rooms was weak, and the TV had no Kuwait channel.

room, cleanliness and breakfast were above expectation. Best location for visiting Bumrungrad. For eating out, there are not many good restaurants around. Another downside with location that it is too far from sukumvit main road, you need a taxi just to come to the main road. The hotel could have offered buggy rides/shuttle service for guests

Clean, comfortable hotel in a superb location, especially for those visiting Bumrungrad Hospital. Special thanks to Bobby at the front desk for his exceptional help, friendliness, and always-smiling service. Highly recommended!
