Otelin tek iyi yanı Floransa merkeze yakın olmasıydı. Hiç temiz bir otel değildi. Otele gelmeden 2 gün önce defalarca saat kaçta otele geleceğimize dair mesaj attılar ancak check in saatinde odamız hazır değildi. Ayrıca odada rutubet kokusu vardı. Nevresimler hiç temiz değildi. 3 gün konakladık ancak 1 kere odamız temizlendi

They checked me in early, but there were cockroaches.

The location is fine, but there were cockroaches.

The building is in a good spot, but I was given room 2. The bathroom is tiny, the door is hard to close from the inside, the room is dim, covered in dust, dirty, with hair and fur in the bathroom, walls full of stains, and a worn rug. The toilet smelled like urine. I called the staff who came to clean but muttered that it didn’t smell. From the odor and the way the sheets were crumpled I suspect they hadn’t been changed. The room should have been sound‑proof, hypoallergenic, with a kettle and daily cleaning, but none of that existed. The toiletries were two half‑used foam soap bottles from other guests. On the second day I saw a cockroach crawl under the bed. I note that the photos on the site are dated: the taps and the towel holder are rusted, all furniture is damaged. Truly terrible.

The spot is spot on, but the building feels like a relic—wet, shabby, and not kept clean.
