The view of the waterfall is nice. The building is very old; the shower is clogged so water barely flows. I tried calling reception but the phone didn’t work, so I couldn’t understand why the hotel has so many glowing reviews.

The setting is in the middle of the jungle next to the waterfall. The facilities lack maintenance.

The view was stunning. The room was clean but clearly outdated and in need of renovation; there were stains on the sheets, which was unpleasant. The buffet was delicious both in the morning and in the evening. Above the room is a bar where you can pool and chill.

The hotel has a direct link to the Ramboda fall and offers amazing views, even from the pool and restaurant. The food, especially breakfast, was very bad.

I liked the location and the setup. The washrooms, phone, and TV should be much cleaner, and the equipment ought to be functioning properly.
