The staff kept pushing extra charges beyond the fixed room rate, and there was a water problem in the bathroom.
It wasn’t good.
“SCARRY ENVIRONMENT FRM RECEPTION”
I had already booked through the app, but the hotel handed my reservation over to someone else, so I couldn't check in; the room was full even though I showed my booking number, which they refused to accept. The hotel was filthy, the reception smelled awful, and I wouldn't recommend it—it's a scary place!
“Don’t go there they are scammers they take money and don’t give romm”
The staff were uncooperative and rude; they took 2500 rs from me and never returned it, making it a total waste of money.
