Incredible place! Location, the house itself, the nearby grounds, a beautiful pool, silence! The shimmering lighthouse at night on the shore is so romantic. only 8 rooms, we only met other guests at breakfast, so it feels like you’re alone in the house. 10 minutes by car to Getharia. Breakfast is wonderful. Staff are super friendly. A heartfelt recommendation Add a snack bar for evening bites. We didn’t want to go into town for dinner, but there were no options to snack in the hotel

The place feels less like a hotel and more like staying in a typical Basque house; it’s so quiet you barely notice the staff unless you need something, at which point they’re quick and very courteous. The view is stunning, overlooking vineyards, the sea, and small rural farms with sheep and crops around. The room is amazing and the breakfast is a la carte. It’s very close to Basque villages Getaria, Zarautz, Zumaia, and Orio, where you’ll find incredible restaurants. Everything was perfect: the facilities, the location, the service.
