The hotel's restaurant really delivered when it came to the food – it was top-notch.
The fine dining experience was truly exquisite, and I'd highly recommend spending a day in Ha Long here.

“Amazing luxury experience. Fantastic staff and brilliant trips”
The experience was overall fantastic—every detail from the staff to the excursions and the room itself was amazing, all impeccably clean, and the food was lovely. However, some parts felt a bit rushed; we waited a long time to board the cruise and then bounced from lunch to activity to activity without any time to decide what to bring on each trip. A small hiccup: we woke at 6 am expecting Thai chi on the top deck, but no one was there; when we asked, they said it was teachers’ day off and we could just do it ourselves.

The venue at Ha Long Bay was stunning. The cruise experience was ordinary, not as luxurious as I expected. The setting was nice, but overall it didn’t reach five‑star standards. The food was mediocre with limited options, the furniture was old and needed refurbishment. In short, I wouldn’t recommend this trip for those seeking luxury. I haven’t tried other cruises, but is this normal? For your information, the ship stays in place after entering the bay, and small enclosed boats are used for excursions—these boats have no air conditioning, only fans that don’t cool or satisfy hunger! Additionally, due to weather we were delayed more than two hours before departure, and some scheduled activities were cancelled without any compensation. I think the best option is a one‑day trip without staying on the cruise. Honestly, the staff were helpful, but the overall situation was unsatisfactory.
